Your language preference is stored in your browser's localStorage. Your cart is also stored there.
Waitlist data
The database stores your optional first name, required email, optional product and size interest, language and sign-up date.
Use
This data is used to process your registration and, if you give separate marketing consent, tell you about future INARA drops.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses the audience measurement provided by its host, Lovable. It produces aggregated traffic statistics: page views, where visits come from, language and browser type. A technical “session-id” cookie lasting 30 minutes is used only to group the page views of a single visit. This data is not used for advertising or profiling, is not sold and is not combined with any other processing. Recipient: Lovable, the provider hosting the site and its audience measurement.
Meta advertising tracker
Only with your consent, this site places the tracker (pixel) of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, the company that operates Facebook and Instagram. It is used to measure how well our ads work and to show you INARA on Instagram and Facebook (ad targeting). It sends Meta the pages you visit, the styles you view, items added to the cart and the start of checkout, with their amount in euros; the site does not send it your name, email or phone number. Without your consent, or if you decline, it is not loaded. Your choice is kept for 6 months in your browser’s local storage, then you are asked again. You can change it or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page: the tracker then stops sending data immediately. Recipient: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which may process this data outside the European Union, including in the United States.
Recipients and service providers
Your data is processed by the following providers, only for the purposes stated: Shopify (store management, orders and payment); PayPal (online payment); Supabase (storage of contact form messages and alert sign-ups); Lovable (site hosting and audience measurement); Meta Platforms Ireland (advertising measurement and targeting on Facebook and Instagram, only with your consent). These providers may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States, under contractual safeguards.

Retention period
Waitlist data and contact form messages are kept for 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted. Order data is kept for 10 years to meet accounting obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@inaraswim.com. You can withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time, using the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to contact@inaraswim.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
