INARA terms and conditions of sale
1. Seller identity
Lucie FLOSSE, a sole trader, operates the INARA — Tahiti Swimwear brand. Business and pickup address: Les Rêves de Lucie, 16 avenue du Général de Gaulle, Centre Vaima, Papeete, Tahiti, French Polynesia. Postal address: BP 2024 – 98713 Papeete. 2. Products and availability
Swimsuits are offered in small batches, while stocks last. Photographs show the products. Some worn images may be AI-generated, as stated in the footer.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Pacific francs (XPF), with their equivalent in euros. VAT not applicable (small business exemption). Pay online with PayPal (charged in euros) or in cash at pickup (in XPF). €1 = XPF 119.33. Online payment with PayPal (charged in euros): the order is final once paid. Cash payment at pickup (in XPF): the order is a reservation, final when paid in store; if it is not collected by 4 pm on the 2nd business day (Monday to Friday) after the “Your order is ready” email, it is cancelled.
4. Orders
An email confirmation summarising the order is sent to the customer.
5. Order pickup
For now, no orders are shipped: orders can only be collected, free of charge, from the Les Rêves de Lucie shop, 16 avenue du Général de Gaulle, Centre Vaima, Papeete. Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 6 am to 4 pm. The order is ready within 1 business day. The customer receives an email when the order can be collected and shows this email at the counter. Delivery will be available soon.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has 14 days from collecting the order to withdraw. The item must be new, unworn except for trying on, with its hygiene liner and tags attached. It is returned to the Les Rêves de Lucie shop, 16 avenue du Général de Gaulle, Centre Vaima, Papeete; in-store returns are free. Refunds are issued within 14 days. Refunds are made through PayPal for a PayPal payment, and in cash against a receipt for a cash payment. The 14-day period starts on the pickup date. Size exchanges are free within 14 days, as stated on the In-store pickup and returns page.
7. Warranties
Products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Requests must be sent to contact@inaraswim.com.
8. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law as applicable in French Polynesia. The parties will first seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, the courts of Papeete have jurisdiction.
