Terms and conditions
1. Seller identity
Lucie FLOSSE, a sole trader, operates the INARA — Tahiti Swimwear brand. Registered office: Tipaerui Taana 1, route du Pic Vert, 98713 Papeete, Tahiti, French Polynesia. Postal address: BP 2024 – 98713 Papeete. TAHITI registration number: pending allocation. Email: flosselucie@gmail.com.
2. Products and availability
Swimsuits are offered in small batches, while stocks last. Photographs show the products. Some worn images may be AI-generated, as stated in the footer.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Pacific francs (XPF), including taxes, with an indicative euro equivalent. Online payment is made in euros through a secure payment provider. The order becomes final after payment.
4. Orders
An email confirmation summarising the order is sent to the customer.
5. Delivery
In French Polynesia, standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days and costs 730 XPF · €6.12. It is free from 7,800 XPF · €65.36. Delivery within 2 business days costs 2,290 XPF · €19.19. Next-business-day delivery costs 2,700 XPF · €22.63. Above 52,000 XPF · €435.77, the order is treated as oversize and free delivery does not apply. Pickup is free at Les Rêves de Lucie, Centre Vaima, Papeete. Outside French Polynesia, duties and taxes charged on arrival are paid by the customer.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw. The item must be new, unworn except for trying on, with its hygiene liner and tags attached. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective. Refunds are issued within 14 days. Size exchanges are free in French Polynesia within 14 days, as stated on the Delivery and returns page.
7. Warranties
Products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Requests must be sent to flosselucie@gmail.com.
8. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law as applicable in French Polynesia. The parties will first seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, the courts of Papeete have jurisdiction.
